Shipping and Returns

Oh So Celeb shall deliver products ordered by you to a courier or postal service of Oh So Celeb’s choice to the delivery address that you have given us. By accepting these terms, you agree irrevocably to appoint and do appoint the courier or postal service to be your agent for taking delivery of the Products on your behalf, and delivery to the courier or postal service shall be deemed to be delivery to you.

We offer Free Shipping in Australia for all purchases over $150.   

Free Shipping is sent using the Courier Company or Postal service of our choice and is normally shipped between 3-7 business days. Arrival time is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, you can purchase upgraded shipping options for an additional charge. Free Shipping does not apply to sale items.

Our shipping rates are as follows:
Flat Rate $15.00 within Australia. Delivery to most areas in Australia is within 3-4 working days, but during busy periods allow up to 4-5 working days. Delivery to some regional areas may also take longer than the usual 3-4 working days.

All orders, if in stock, will be shipped within 3 working days of payment. However, during busy periods such as sales or new range release this may take longer due to the large amounts of orders received. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified by email. If an item is sold out and is not available, you will not be charged for it and we will inform you via email.

If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: info@ohsoceleb.com.

Please note that items are only shipped on weekdays, no items are sent out over weekends. Any orders received after 4pm (AEST) on Friday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed and sent out on the following working day.

Exchange, Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Oh So Celeb. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
 
We DO NOT refund for change of mind or incorrect choice. However, you may exchange the item for the same item in a different size only. If the item is sold out you will then receive an online store credit to be spent within three months. If an item is on sale there is NO change for size and no refunds so please choose carefully.

Please note that in order for the exchange to be accepted, all tags must remain on garments. The condition of the item must be re-sellable. Oh So Celeb will not accept the exchange of any item that is considered used.

Please note that before an exchange can be done, you must contact the staff at Oh So Celeb at info@ohsoceleb.com within 3 days of purchase. You will have to quote your receipt number and get the item back to Oh So Celeb within 7 days of the date that you received the item. The item must be unworn and have the tags still attached, or it will not be accepted. The customer will pay for the additional shipping charges.

Any sale, discounted or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Return Exclusions:
Returns are not permitted on the following items:

  • Sale items
  • Jewelry
  • Hats
  • Scarves
  • Undergarments
  • Belts

Return Limitations:

  • Items Purchased with Coupons and or Discount Codes
  • Footwear - Exchange will be permitted for a different size of the same item as long as there is no sign of wear 
  • Swimwear - Exchange will be permitted for a different size of the same item as long as there is no sign of wear 
  • Handbags - no returns allowed

 

Returns Process
To return an item, please send it to:

And also include the following information:
- Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.

Delivery
We recommend only using a delivery address which is open to excepting delivery's during business hours.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes as a signature is required on delivery. All deliveries must be accepted in person and signed for on delivery We recommend that all packages are sent to a company address for fast and cheaper delivery. A surcharge may apply for residential delivery.

Pre-Order Items:
When you pre-order an Oh So Celeb item, this product is reserved especially for you. Since your item is reserved, your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed. Oh So Celeb delivers your order as soon as it arrives to our warehouse. At the time of order an email confirmation /receipt will then be send and followed by tracking details when the product is dispatched.

All of our delivery dates are approximate, because manufacturers regulate this date according to their production schedules. We have no control over their production schedules or inventory. Oh So Celeb will refund your credit card if we cannot fulfill your pre-order. If you cancel your order for any reason, we will happily offer you online store credit good for any Oh So Celeb item.

No returns are accepted on preordered items. Instead, store credit will be offered for any returned pre-order items. Pre-order items are excluded from discount codes and coupons.

Sizes:
The sizes on our site reflect the current trends in designer clothing. Most designers size their items true to size unless noted. We will note on the product description when sizes run small or large and make ordering suggestions. Each designer has their own fit.

We deliver to all countries. We use a fully traceable courier or postal service of our choice. Delivery takes approximately 7-10 working days to arrive.

Please note that once a parcel has been dispatched its delivery time is out of our control. Periodically your local customs office may hold deliveries for periods up to three weeks before the parcel is released for delivery to you. Unfortunately this is beyond our control.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

We may ask for additional identification for international shipping. We can not control or predict international customs fees. We are not responsible for any postal, customs, or pick-up fees.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Oh So Celeb is not responsible for duties and taxes on shipments to international countries. You are liable for any duties and taxes your package incurs upon entering your country. You are also liable for clearance charges and return shipping if your package is returned to Oh So Celeb due to your country's import restrictions. If your country denies any package for any reason, you are responsible for all resulting fees that are incurred during the shipment's return to us. Please check your country's taxes, duties, fees, and import restrictions before ordering from our site.

Oh So Celeb is not responsible for refused or abandoned shipments. You are liable for any and all duties, taxes, return shipping, and associated fees when you refuse or abandon a shipment from Oh So Celeb. This includes the following reasons:

  • Your refusal to pay duties and taxes
  • You provide and invalid address
  • A carrier makes three unsuccessful attempts to deliver a package to your home but can't because you are away, and/or don't pay taxes and duties on the package.
  • Your parcel is returned by customs becaue it's contents are not allowed to be imported into your country.
  • Your refusal of any package for any reason.

Shipping charges for international shipments may be adjusted according to the weight and/or the destination of your shipment. If your shipment requires extra shipping charges due to an extra heavy package, we will notify you of these extra charges.

We will not ship your package without your approval for these extra shipping charges.
For further information on these charges you should contact your local customs department as charges vary from country to country.

Online credits:
Within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of returned items, a customer will be issued an online credit. It is valid for one year from the date issued and can be used to purchase products on ohsoceleb.com.

To use your online credit, simply place a new order and in the comments section during checkout simply write "Please apply my online credit." The total amount of your order will be adjusted once we receive the order, it will not be reflected on your order until we adjust it.
